Altek can provide more than 100,000 technology products, which can be shipped from warehouses across the U.S. and Canada. Our sales consultants have access to real time inventory levels, technical specifications, product status, location and shipment tracking to provide enterprise level procurement and pre-sales consulting. We support a number of vertical markets including legal and hospitality, with products specifically designed for the needs of those industries.

Consulting

Our technical staff now includes certified Compaq ASE, HP Star, Citrix, MCSE, CNE, and Cisco certified engineers. Altek engineers provide, network design and configuration, LAN/WAN integration, remote access, project management, network support and long-term contract labor. With a combined experience of nearly 50 years in the technology industry, the Altek professional services group can help to design and implement the best of breed solutions that all businesses require to stay competitive and profitable.

Help Desk/Managed Services

In partnership with 4IT, Altek offers a complete set of managed services for end-to end support of the entire voice and data network. Managed services include access to the 4IT helpdesk, which provides telephone and remote support for all day-to-day technologiy issues, adds/changes/deletes to the data and voice network, dispatch of onsite engineering services for installation and problem resolution, and long term monitoring and maintenance of key technology resources. Managed services are focused on providing exceptionally fast problem resolution, and high IT service availability through proactive maintenance.
